  Everyone says this is the best Woody Allen movie in years, but that’s definitely not saying much. A woefully out-of-touch rom-com lite about two American college-age girls on a summer trip in Barcelona, who both have sex with Bardem while admiring the charms of the Catalan city and having their every move described by a painfully obvious voiceover. Call it tepid romance for the visually impaired.
