Walking down this lonesome industrial stretch of Waverly I half expected a tumbleweed to blow by. It’s only when tramping up some stairs in a nondescript building and seeing the years-old mounted write-ups on the wall I began to anticipate riches. Entering a room that has an ersatz wine cellar feel, I saw a large table laden with top-notch oils, vinegars, granola, olives and other sundry gourmet goods. Elsewhere was caviar, morel flakes, fancy salts, mouth-watering jams.
