The 4th annual M60: Montreal 60 Second Film Festival is not happening until September 16-17 at the Rialto, but on Wednesday, July 13, filmmakers and others are invited to attend the Launch & Registration Party, at Casa del Popolo.
On that night, participants (amateurs and professionals alike) will have their only chance to register for this year’s edition. They’ll learn what the 2011 theme and will then have one month to complete their one-minute movie.
Folks coming to the July 13 party will also enjoy musical sets by Ariel Engle and Wind-Up People, comedy courtesy of Montreal Improv, free games, DJs and door-prizes.
